Oliver von Landsberg-Sadie
CEO, Founder

Oliver is a technologist in financial markets. Starting out in 1998 as a developer on an interbank encrypted payment switching platform, Oliver went on to lead a fruitful career in investment banking financial technology, including 11 years at Barclays Investment Bank. With a BSc in AI, an MBA with financial focus, and a recent graduate of the MIT FinTech Strategy certificate, Oliver’s research and activity in blockchain technology has led to the formation of BitcoinBro, a boutique cryptocurrency brokerage dedicated to providing a fair onramp to the world of cryptocurrency, with research and education at the heart of the operation. In his spare time, Oliver writes film music and plays the piano.

Oliver is a qualified solicitor and partner at Pemberton Capital LLP, a boutique private equity investment house. Oliver is a subject matter expert on legislation and regulation of cryptocurrencies in the UK and Europe, and as such has laid the groundwork for a pre-compliant operation at BitcoinBro. He is an advisor and founder shareholder of BitcoinBro.

Andrew started his career as a Science, Mathematics and Computer Science teacher, and has since been involved in several entrepreneurial businesses. He is a co-founder of the House4Hack maker-space, and enjoys his role as mentor to several startup teams. Andrew is an amateur technologist, a patent holder of several fascinating but sadly defunct patents, an avid proponent of equitable access to financial services, has built his own two-seater aircraft, and believes that changing the world for the better is worth getting up for every morning. Red is also a co-founder and board member of the Fablab Burgdorf maker-space. His urge for new knowledge and combining several disciplines lead him to cryptocurrencies where he has used his banking and technology background to create his own cryptocurrency trading bot.

Neil Cave
Managing Director, Tanzania

Neil Cave is the Managing Director of Coral Rock Hotel in Zanzibar, the first and only brick and mortar business to implement Bitcoin, Litecoin and Ether payments for all services. He is also the founder of Cryptocurrency Consulting Tanzania, Zanzibar’s first crypto community and the organizer and lead speaker of Zanzibar’s first and only cryptocurrency forums and seminars. Neil also has over 15 years IT experience in financial services and has worked for Deloitte Consulting, Barclays, Dimension Data, Business Connexion and Software AG in the roles of enterprise application architecture and consulting, programming, business analysis, management and software presales. Neil holds an IT and Management degree from Unisa and a computer programming diploma from Van Zyl and Pritchard.
